The game developer that Electronic Arts said would be working on the new game is Criterion, who has worked on many other racing games. One of the titles this developer has previously worked on isNeed for Speed: Hot Pursuit, leading the way for a remastered version of the game. This remastered game isn’t the new game that the company is promising, but this remake still is cause for a lot of excitement.

Amazon UK accidentally leaked the remake on its retail site. Details of theXbox Oneversion of the game were shown on the product’s page. According to this leak, the game will be released on November 13 of this year.
