Ubisoft’sAssassin’s Creed Mirageseeks to return to the roots of the series with a heavy emphasis on stealth and parkour mechanics, as well as the introduction of a new Notoriety Level system. Unlocking The Outfit
The Zanj Uprising Outfit is a stylish and traditional design based on the look of Zanj rebels, one of theprominent and historically-accuraterebellions within the Abbasid Caliphate. The outfit will help Basim when performing illegal actions by lowering his Notoriety Gain by 20%, but this can be upgraded to 30% and 40% respectively with the use of Upgrade Schematics. While this will certainly not provide complete immunity for criminal actions, it does provide a noticeable difference and enables Basim to travel without needing to use stealth or evade pursuit quite so frequently.
The outfit can be acquired from several different Gear Chests around Haribiya, one ofBaghdad’s Northern districtsand the first which players are likely to enter upon following the game’s main story. While the Outfit and its Upgrade Schematics will spawn randomly depending on which Gear Chest players open first. The first chest will always contain the outfit itself while the remaining chests will contain the Upgrade Schematics. The most accessible chest, which players will come across relatively early, is located in the Central Haribiya Upper Harbor.
This harbor chest can be found inside the small building overlooking the port. Once inside, players will need to navigate their way arounda small shelf puzzlein order to access the Gear Chest.
Where To Find Upgrade Schematics
The other gear chests in Harabiya can be found in the Prince’s Palace and the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse. Both areas are considered hostile, so guards may attack if Basim is spotted trespassing in these areas.
The Prince’s Palace chest is located in the Northeastern corner of the main palace structure, which can be found along the coast of Harabiya, just to the South of the Upper Harbor area. While there is no puzzle to complete to access the chest, the area is heavily guarded which will posea slightly different challenge.
The final Gear Chest can be found at the top of the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse, as a result, the main challenge in accessing this Gear Chest is using the right Parkour to reach the top. Once at the top, a shelf can be moved to access a small cordoned area where the chest is located.
