Now, players are also aware that Theater mode will be added back into this game.
The latest release ofCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warinformation gives more details of the upcoming title, so fans are able to get a better picture of what this game will be like. With new systems likeDeniable Opsintroduced to the game for the game’s multiplayer maps, the game will be connecting the maps together on a story level, and Theater mode may help players replay that action again once the battle is finished.

The recent information from Activision also revealed that Theater mode will be returning in this upcomingCall of Dutytitle. According screenshots of theBlack Ops Cold Warmultiplayermenu, there is a locked Theater mode option, showing that it will be included in this game. This mode allows players to record their matches so that they can be watched later, which many used to help improve their gameplay or revisit memorable kills and funny moments they experienced in the game.
The mechanic was first introduced to theCall of Dutyfranchise whenModern Warfare 3was released in 2011, and the most recent game to include the feature wasBlack Ops 4, which came out in 2018. In that game, players could record gameplay from their multiplayer matches as well as Blackout. However, in theBlack Ops Cold Warscreenshot of the menu, it appears that there is a section for recordings in Zombie mode as well. However, this has not been confirmed byActivisionor Treyarch at this time, so fans will have to wait for official word to know the extent of the feature in this upcoming game.
Theater mode is just one of the many modes that players can experience inCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The upcoming title is introducing a variety of new game modes like theFireteam Dirty Bomb mode, which fans can play with their friends in multiplayer. With more features coming out as it gets closer to the time ofBlack Ops Cold War’srelease, it seems there is an increasing list of aspects of the game for fans to be excited about.
