This isn’t stopping anytime soon either, as CD Projekt RED just announced yet anotherCyberpunk 2077update that will launch next week. According to the announcement post on the officialCyberpunk 2077Twitter account, Update 2.1 will be released on December 5 and include an assortment of “new and hotly anticipated gameplay elements.” The exact details of what this means will be revealed during a special Twitch livestream on December 1 at 4 PM CET (or 10 AM ET/7 AM PT), which will be hosted by CDPR Senior Community Managers Alicja Kozera and Amelia “Lilayah” Kolat.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.1 Release Date
This latest update will also be released on thesame day asCyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, a re-release that will include all of the patches and updates that CPDR has put out since the game’s controversial launch back in 2020 - including the highly successfulPhantom LibertyDLC. This will essentially serve as the final version ofCyberpunk 2077, much like the Game of the Year or Complete Edition re-releases that many major triple-A games release a year or so after their initial launch.
Cyberpunk 2077has grown and evolved considerablysince its initial release, as demonstrated by the vast amount of updates and extra content included in next week’sUltimate Edition.
