Among all the playlist activities, the PvEvP Gambit mode has received no small measure of criticism from players, with a lack of balancing and developmental attention being the driving factors. However, a new glitch that allows players to stack bounties and gain increased rewards might cause the overlooked game mode to turn some heads. In a video posted by prominentDestiny 2YouTuber Cheese Forever, the player demonstrates obtaining more daily Gambit bounties by changing their subclasses. Cheese Forever elaborates that one needs to acquire the first set of dailies on any subclass other than Strand, then switch to Strand to activate the glitch and obtain a new set of bounties.
Cheese Forever showcases the unique bounties several times after swapping between subclasses and ends the video with the bounty page showing eight dailies. Several players have reported that getting eight separate daily bounties is rare, as the game often creates overlaps while generating these randomized objectives. While most people reported this glitch only occurring with the Gambit vendor, others have allegedly replicated the glitch with other Playlist vendors, includingthe Gunsmith ofDestiny 2. However, these claims are unconfirmed, with no corroborating videos or images to verify the truth.
Several players have pointed out the peculiar coincidence of this glitch occurring in the same week when Gambit has increased infamy gain.
