Disney Dreamlight Valley’sA Rift in Timeexpansion features a wealth of new content for players of the charming life sim, introducing an all-new area, Eternity Isle, and a plethora of new materials, ingredients, and even a few new friends to discover.
In the Isle’sGlittering Dunes biome, players will encounterBeauty and the Beast’s Gaston, who refuses to deign himself to such mundane tasks as finding food and water necessary for survival. As tempting as it may be to leave Gaston to keep himself company in the sands, befriending Gaston has a very beneficial outcome: unlocking exclusivenew cooking ingredients.
Players who have purchasedA Rift in Timecan complete the quest “Center Of Attention” to unlockGaston’s Meat Stalland gain access to new meat ingredients includingPork,Poultry, andVenison. Players will occasionally need to prepare dishes using these ingredients as gifts for characters, to complete duties, and even for Gaston himself at one point. All Meat-Based Cooking Recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Players can purchase three different types of meat ingredients from Gaston’s Meat Stall:Pork(250 Star Coins),Poultry(500 Star Coins), andVenison(1000 Star Coins). This comprehensive list of recipes includes all Appetizers and Entrées that feature Pork, Poultry, or Venison as one or more of its ingredients. There are currently no Dessert recipes which include these ingredients. Meat ingredients and their recipes are available only to players who have purchasedDisney Dreamlight Valley’s A Rift in Timeexpansion.
Gaston’s Meat Stall will sell three ingredients at any given time, one which will be available in an unlimited quantity (either Pork or Poultry), and two ingredients of which only 20 can be purchased. It is possible for the same meat ingredient to fill two of these slots, or for a certain meat ingredient to not be sold at all on a given day.
Any recipes which can be made with the player’s choice of an ingredient in a specific slot, known as a “versatile” ingredient slot, can affect the energy restored and the selling price of the dish. For those recipes, we have placed a “+” after the energy andStar Coin valuesas these will depend on the ingredient used.

How to Unlock Gaston’s Meat Stall
InA Rift in Time, players can unlockGaston’s Meat Stallwhich sells new ingredients including Pork, Poultry, and Venison. However, before players can acquire these new items, it is necessary to complete certain quests with Gaston as part ofA Rift in Time’s story, including these three quests:
Once these three quests have been completed and Gaston has been unlocked as a resident, players can quickly reach Friendship Level 2 by giving him his daily favorite gifts, which unlocks the quest “Center Of Attention.” Completing this quest enables players to reopen Gaston’s Meat Stall and obtain these new ingredients.
