Summary
In the hands ofGrand Theft Auto 5players, anything can be a weapon. Whether that’s a glass bottle, snowball, golf kart, or a minigun. There are great ways to fight the law inGrand Theft Auto 5, and brilliant methods ofcausing chaosin Rockstar Games’ open-world immersive crime game, whereas Franklin, Trevor, and Michael, players are free to commit the fantasy of crime with an arsenal of weapons.
Grand Theft Auto 5features more weapons than players know what to do with, but even some of these weapons may go under the radar, and there is easily a selection of guns that some of the best players might have missed in their playthroughs. Some weapons are locked behind DLCs, Collector’s Editions, or even loyalty schemes, so not all players will know about the bestGTA 5weapons that they can miss.

5Bullpup Shotgun
Purchase Grand Theft Auto 5: Special/Collector’s Edition
With a slow, pump-action rate of fire, the Bullpup Shotgun makes up for that lack of speed with its range, spread, and power. The Bullpup Shotgun is a powerhouse for those looking for something with a kick, but to get that big damage and decent reload, they’re going to need theGrand Theft Auto 5: Collector’s Edition, or theGrand Theft Auto 5: Special Edition.
Some players might not have access to these editions, so they’re missing out on a pretty decent gun. However, it acts similar enough to the pump shotgun, even if the Bullpup has a nicer spread, a higher ammo count of 14, and a decent design tomake it pop against the rest.

4Musket
Purchased From Ammu-Nation For $21,400
Bring back a classicwith the musket, a weapon that provides a superiority complex to all that wield it. Whilst this weapon may have helped to build an Empire, in the hands of theGTA 5protagonists, it will simply help them hold up a shop or shoot someone at random, as long as they can tolerate the overly long reload time, which is accurate to the gun itself.
The musket may only fire one shot before needing a reload, but that damage certainly hits hard, and it’s like getting hit full force by a Heavy Sniper. Two shots would even destroy a helicopter’s rotor. What makes the musket a rare weapon, comes from the fact it started as an Independence Day Special DLC, so players needed to wait around for that event to purchase and keep it, bragging of its useacross Blaine Countyand Los Santos.

3Pistol .50
Purchase Grand Theft Auto 5: Enhanced Edition
A weapon as iconic as the desert eagle belongs inGTA 5, although for this time around, it’s locked behind a purchase of a special edition of the game itself. Players will need to buy the Enhanced Edition, so not many players would have access to the Pistol .50, let alone know of its existence, yet it’s a good weapon in its own right, anddecently rare.
Players can expect a great bout of damage from the Pistol .50, almost like a smaller sniper rifle thanks to its decent damage falloff, although expect some trouble from its accuracy and recoil, which makes it a poor choice for drive-by shootings. In close-quarter combat, the Pistol .50 is a great weapon and looks cool for characters to wield.

2Assault SMG
Link GTA 5 Account To Rockstar Social Club
The online functions ofGTA 5are entirely reliant on the Rockstar Social Club, in order to store progress for the game and its online mode. When players link their Social Club to their game’s profile, they will be gifted with the Assault SMG as a reward for their union, and it’s a weapon that most might overlook, or for some only interested in offline play, it might be a weapon that is missed entirely.
Players can get their hands on thisromantic RockstarAssault SMG for free just by signing up, and it’s a pretty decent SMG, thanks to its large count of ammunition in a single magazine, and its decent damage, range, and accuracy, which makes it a must-have SMG.

1Stun Gun
Complete “Civil Border Patrol” & Purchase For $100
What better way to mess with defenseless AI inGTA 5than by repeatedly tasing them? The Stun Gun is non-lethal, meaning players can get their enemies to the ground without worrying about bloodshed, although, when their enemy regains their footing they may try and reach for a weapon, only to be tased again, and again, adding to thehilarious aspects of this Rockstar Games' title.
The Stun Gun is hilarious to use, and most might ignore it completely due to the fact that it can’t exactly kill swarms of enemies. Alternatively, players might just ignore the quest that it comes from in favor of other activities, but it’s worth trying, even just once.
