Since Heizou is a DPS, he will bespending more field time than his teammates. That is exactly what triggers Lost Prayer of the Sacred Winds’ passive. The more time Heizou spent the more Elemental DMG he stacks with an increased movement speed. Additionally, as a 5-star weapon, Lost Prayer’s stats are high, especially the 33% CRIT Rate increase.

Memory of Dust is a great choice for Heizou because of the amount of ATK% it provides. Once Heizou is shielded, the Catalyst will insanely boost his ATK up to ~90%. The high Base ATK of Memory of Dust will also contribute to further increasing Heizou’s DMG. The only downside is once Heizou wields this weapon, hemust have a shielder in his team composition.
