The Dragon Scaled armor is one of the best armor sets inGod of War Ragnarok, particularly for those who are good at dodging attacks. This is because each successful block and parry further increases the player’s strength and defense stats until they next get hit, allowing them to dish out some ridiculous amounts of damage to unsuspecting foes.

Where to Find Every Dragon in God of War Ragnarok

There are five Dragons inGod of War Ragnarok, though players won’t be able to start hunting them until they have completedthe game’s 13th chapter. It’s at this point that they’ll gain access to the Vanaheim Crater, which can be accessed by completing the Scent of Survival favor. The favor itself is triggered in the Freyr’s Camp area of Vanaheim and will lead players directly down into the crater upon its completion. Three of the five Dragons can be battled here, with the other two found in Svartalfheim and Niflheim.

If players visitThe Plains area of the Vanaheim Craterat night, they’ll come across an Ogre banging on a large metal door in the central area. Defeating this Ogre will allow them to open the door, which will eventually lead them to a branching pathway. Taking a left here will lead to a red chest and a battle with a Traveler called Vali the Oath Guard, while sliding through the rocks to the right will take players to The Crimson Dread’s lair.

While exploring The Sinkholes area of the crater, players will eventually come to a Celestial Altar. Upon reaching this area, players should dock their boat and head into the nearby tunnel, which will lead to them being attacked by the Ash Tyrant. They can use the Draupnir Spear to collapse the tunnel ahead of them and shield themselves from the Dragon’s fury, allowing them to pass freely to the other side. Here, they’ll find the second of twoSinkholes Nornir Chests, and a climbable wall that leads to an arena and the Ash Tyrant fight.
