Yaddle may not be one of the most well-knownStar Warscharacters, though she does appear as one of the hundreds of minifigures players can control inLEGO Star Wars: The SkywalkerSaga. Yaddle was confirmed to be in the game back in 2020, after Lucasfilm Games confirmed she would be appearing alongside thevast roster of other characters in the latestLEGO Star Warstitle. As Yaddle is a former member of the Jedi Council, players expected her to be another powerful playable force user. However, it seems that developer TT Games has snuck in some jokes and Easter eggs around the mysterious Jedi Master.
InStar Warslore,Yaddle is a member of the same species as Yoda and Baby Yoda AKA Grogu. Many would likely expect that Yaddle’s character interactions would involve the other members of her species, and while someLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagaplayers have snapped some “family” photos of Yoda, Yaddle, and Grogu, another player has discovered what appears to be an Easter egg concerning Yaddle and famedStar Warsbounty hunter Boba Fett.

Boba Fett has been a popularStar Warscharacter since his appearance in the original trilogy. Recently, he’s returned to the spotlight in theBook of Boba FettTV series. While this show answered a few questions about what happened to the character since his supposed demise inReturn of the Jedi, the series did not at any point tell fans who wrote theBook of Boba Fett.LEGO Star Wars: The SkywalkerSagaseeks to answer this question, and hints that it could’ve been Yaddle who chronicled the bounty hunter’s adventures.
In a line of dialogue fittingly caught by user LEGO_Boba_Fett, Yaddle states she “just might write a book” about Boba Fett one day. This implies that it was Yaddle who came up with theBook of Boba Fett. However, after some further digging, it was discovered that during the Krayt Dragon side mission inLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Yaddle will say this no matter who the player is controlling. This small detail then, is nothing more than a joke devised by LEGO_Boba_Fett, though, it is an entertaining piece of information nonetheless.
It likely would’ve been impossible for Yaddle to write theBook of Boba Fettanyway, as in theStar Warslore Yaddle dies in the Jedi purge seen inRevenge of the Sith. However, asStar Warslegends is a place where practically anything could take place, there’s always the chance that Yaddle’s turn as an author could happen there. Even without a Yaddle Easter egg, there are plenty of otherEaster eggs for players to discover inLEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
