The expansion requires the latest versionof Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, and players can also acquire a free R2-D2 shirt for their avatar in the Dressing Room. As forPath of the Jediitself, the official YouTube launch trailer sees the player character collect their own Kyber crystal from the icy caves of Illum and use it to craft a custom lightsaber with the help ofStar Wars: Ahsoka’s Huyang. Players can select their stance, blade color, and hilt from a menu, and can even choose to dual-wield two lightsabers at once.
From there,Minecraft’sPath of the JediDLC allows players to paint their droid companion before being knighted by the Jedi Council on Coruscant.
