Summary
My Hero Academiahas a plethora of characters who bring the story to life through the constant pursuit of their dreams, ideas of justice, or visions for the future of society. Many villains in the series are forced into villainy by circumstances beyond their control, some of themare just innately evil, and will not hesitate to use deadly force, even on civilians.
While some villains, like Lady Nagant and Twice, have moral compasses of some sort, there are those whose actions, and how far they are willing to go to get what they want, place them beyond the pale of redemption and forgiveness. Here are some ofthe most irredeemable characters inMy Hero Academia.

6Himiko Toga
Mentally Unstable
Togais one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, and has been a constant thorn in the side of Deku and Ochaco. Her quirk, Transform, works in a unique way.For anyone whose blood she ingests, she can become that person for a period of time, depending on how much of them she ingests. Since her quirk is blood-related, she developed a liking for blood early on, and it shaped her entire personality.
As a result, she became ostracized by her family and friends, which eventually drove her to villainy. She is mentally unstable and has sadistic tendencies, which really come to light when she has the upper hand in a situation. Her lack of understanding of how people think and relate to one another in society is the major reason why she is considered irredeemable.

5Re-Destro
Will Stop At Nothing To Achieve His Goal
Rikiya Yotsubashiappears to the public as the unsuspecting CEO of Detnerat Company, dedicated to manufacturing lifestyle support equipment to cater to the super society that became established following the emergence of quirks.
However, to the villain society, he is well known as the Grand Commander of the Meta Liberation Army, at least until he relinquished command to Tomura andmerged with the League of Villains. His dream is to create a society where people are free to use their quirks as they wish. Like most of the villains in this series, he has shown the ability to kill people without hesitation, and would stop at nothing to achieve his goals.

4Dabi
Blinded By Revenge
Dabiis a product ofEndeavour’s horrendous parenting tactics, which resulted in him becoming manic and obsessed with revenge. He has one of the highest kill counts in the series, with more than forty casualties before he even joined the League of Villains.
He is one of the few members of the League that does not share any sort of emotional connection with them, as he only values them based on how useful they can be to his cause. Dabi does not worry about inflicting harm upon himself to achieve his goals, stating that he intends to blow himself up if he means he can take Endeavour with him.

3Shigaraki Tomura
Obsessed With Destroying Everything
Shigarakiwas handpicked by All For One to carry on his will, training him to become strong enough to go after One For All. He was placed in charge of the League of Villains, and later inherited the All for One quirk, becoming Midoriya’s direct rival and, as such, the main antagonist of his story.
Tomura embodies destruction, and this is also reflected in his quirk, which can reduce anything he touches to dust. His aim is to overseethe destruction of the societythat failed him as a child, and to rebuild a new one under his rule. He has no regard for human life and will not hesitate to eliminate any heroes who stand in his way.

2Kai Chisaki
Has No Moral Compass
Kai Chisaki, more widely known as Overhaul, was the Yakuza bossin charge of the Shie Hassaikai. He is a sociopath driven by the belief that quirks are an anomaly that should not be welcomed in society, and has dedicated much of his life to discovering ways to eradicate them.
The emergence of quirks toppled the power dynamic of society and stripped the Yakuza of the power they used to hold. The concept of heroes and villains does not appeal to Overhaul in the slightest, as he looks down upon those who use their quirks for either cause. He kills without remorse, and he has no issue with maltreating and using Eri as his lab rat as long as he gets what he wants.

1All For One
The Embodiment Of Evil
Being the ultimate antagonist of theMy Hero Academiaseries,All For Onehas been wreaking havoc in society for a century. He is the antithesis of One For All, and surprisingly, he is also, in part, the creator of the quirk. In his attempt to take the One For All quirkfor himself, he has murdered numerous users of the quirk and groomed Shigaraki as a new vessel for himself when his old body became inferior.
All For One created the League of Villains to further his cause of taking over and ruling the world. He is truly the embodiment of evil, and he has not felt a shred of remorse for his actions, even with his last breath.
