At the beginning of their fight on the rooftop, Luffy utilized Busoshoku Haki to hurt Kaido. As the fight progressed, Luffy understoodhow to use Haoshoku Hakiand infuse it into his attacks. By imbuing his attacks with Haoshoku Haki, Luffy’s damage output significantly increased, and Kaido also acknowledged his strength.
InOne PieceEpisode 1064, Kaido started drinking. Luffy was shocked that the Emperor picked such a time to get intoxicated, and it caused him to lower his guard. One Piece Episode 1065 will be released on June 03, 2025. The episode is titled “The Destruction of the Alliance? Fire up, the Will of the New Generation!” As the title suggests, the three Worst Generation members will have to pick up speed if they want to defeat the two Emperors.
In Episode 1065, Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid will continue their fight against Big Mom. She was surprised by the two captains' power to damage her, and she realized that she could no longer take them lightly. Big Mom has other cards up her sleeves, and she can easily kill both Law and Kid if they take their foot off the gas. The fight would have been more balanced if Kid and Law had masteredtheir Devil Fruit Awakenings. The two Supernovas explicitly stated that they still lacked control over their powers and could only use them a limited number of times. Either way, Law and Kid need to keep chipping away at Big Mom.
