All players need to do is have agood night’s worth of sleep, and they are golden. However, certain items in Pokemon Sleep can increase the rate of progression. Among the several artifacts, incense is one that players should try to get their hands on. Needless to say, obtaining incense is not simple, but this guide takes care of that.
Focus Incense
Players looking to increase their researchlevel will adore Focus Incense. It can be purchased from the General Shop for 150 diamonds. Currently, there is no other way to obtain the Focus Incense.
Luck Incense
Dream Shards are pivotal to the growth of helpers, as without them, players won’t be able to level them up even if they have the candies required.

Players will have no use for Luck Incense early in the game, but that should change down the line. It costs 150 diamonds and can be found under the Items section in the General Store.
Growth Incense
Growth Incense is the most expensive Incense inPokemon Sleep. Itcosts 200 diamonds, which are hard to come by. However, it is arguably the most useful Incense. It can help increase the RP of the team, which is important for a good team.
Friend Incense
Friend incense can help players fill uptheir Sleep Style Dex faster. The Incense can be purchased for 150 diamonds from the General Store.
Recovery Incense

Recovery Incense is the only Incense that can be bought without using diamonds. All players need to do is head to the Regular Exchange and scroll down to find it. It costs 400 Sleep Points. Thankfully, players can also get it as areward for completing certain tasks.
Some Incenses are specifically for certain Pokemon, but so far they can only be earned via missions.
How To Use Incense
Using Incense is rather simple, and it can be done in two ways. The first way is to add Incense by scrolling left on the screen until theyfind an objectmarked Incense. Upon clicking on it, players get the option to add up to two Incenses.
The second method requires players to click on the Sleep button in the bottom right corner, which will bring up a different menu. They should be able to see their bedtime and the Incense option. They have to click on the+sign to add the Incenses.
