Good Sleep Day Event Start Time
It has been confirmed thatthe Good Sleep Day event will begin at 4:00 a.m. on August 05, 2025. Many players had previously speculated that the event may start around the same date.The announcement mentionsthat the event will take place once a month for three days. This will include the day of the full moon and the days that come before and after it. Here is the schedule in full:
Bonuses
On the night of the full moon,Snorlax’s Drowsy Power will increaseby x2, and for the other two days, it will be x1.5. In addition to the improvement in Drowsy Power, the EXP gained will also improve.
During the full moon night, Pokemon Sleep EXP will be boosted by x3, and it will be x2 for the remainder of the event. Players will also get Bonus Sleep Points; 1000 for full moon night and 500 for the rest.
Things To Keep In Mind
The in-game announcement has several other important points that players need to understand to take full advantage ofthe Good Sleep Day Event. Players will receive bonus sleep points only for the first sleep session of the day. The bonus will not apply to players who haven’t finished the tutorial.
The effects of the event are not limited to a specific island, so players can choose any of the four sites for research. The most important thing to remember is that each day of the Good Sleep Day event rolls over at 4:00 a.m.
