Equipment comes in many forms inSun Haven, from wearable weapons and armor pieces tocraftable tools and work tables. Usually, usable gear is placed directly onto specific slots in the character screen or dropped into the hotbar for easy access. However, the game does have a few items that work a little differently than the rest.

The Pomegranate of Power is designed more for adventurers than anyone else. It increases Combat EXP gains by a small amount, which is great for anyone who spends most of their time fighting monsters in the mines or the wilderness. With that in mind, prepare to do a fair bit of fighting since this item is locked behind a number of combat-heavy encounters.
How to Get the Pomegranate of Power in Sun Haven
The only way to get the Pomegranate of Power is to clear Floor 5 of theDungeon of Trials, which is located west of Sun Haven. From the farm, head to the exit on left and explore the western forest. There will be some low-level enemies in each of the areas so make sure tohave some decent gear equipped.
The entrance to the dungeon is blocked by King Slimius VXXII, a large boss monster that can call in an army of smaller slimes during battle. His only attack is a spray of damaging projectiles that’s fairly easy to dodge, but the real threat is the overwhelming number of enemies that spawn throughout the fight. Having an AOE spell like Vacuumulus or Chain Lightning can make this boss battle much easier to manage. Otherwise,come with an upgraded weapon, and make sure to bring enough healing and mana-restoring consumables.
Once the boss is down, head inside the dungeon and speak to Ryder. Then, clear the first floor, head back to the dungeon lobby and open the chest on the right. The Pomegranate of Power will be inside.
How to Use the Pomegranate of Power
Unlike the other items in the game, the Pomegranate of Power’s effect activates as soon as it touches the player’s inventory. There’s no need to equip it anywhere. It can also be discarded or stored in a chest and its effect will still remain active. The same goes for the other rewards players can get fromSun Haven’sDungeon of Trials.
Players who are not focusing on the Combat skill tree may find this item less valuable than others, but it’s nice to have it regardless. Bear in mindSun Havenhas a level cap likeother RPG-style games. Reaching that point will ultimately make the Pomegranate of Power useless since characters will stop earning XP by then.
