Any video game that features loot, be itDiablo, Borderlands, or Destiny, its player base will always seek out the best ways to find the best gear. Sometimes this may involve a bit of cheese such as the infamous Loot Cave from the very first Destiny, others dedicate their time to find actual ways to farm specific gear. The Division 2is no different and with player interest once again surging thanks to the new Warlords of New York expansion, fans have discovered ways to target specific new exotic items.

The details of this target loot farming comes from dataminer Ahmad#0001, who lays out all sorts of stats and data for each exotic including each one’s gear attributes. While the list should giveThe Division 2players plenty of things to consider the next time they log in, Massive Entertainment senior game designer Nikki Kuppens also revealed over Twitter that the new Warlords of New York exotics actually stop dropping from their target location once the player has acquired them for the first time. Thankfully, there are still other ways to find them.

With that said, here is the full list of Warlords of New York exotics and the best ways for players to get them to drop.

Outside of specific exotic targeting, players can also take part in certain activities inside the game which have a slight chance to drop an item from a specific loot pool. These are also the best way to earn an exotic that the player has already earned from a targeted source.

What’s interesting to note is that this targeted loot system is fairly new toThe Division 2.The base game had players randomly acquiring blueprints such as the Lullaby shotgun. Things started to change a bit as post-launch updates and content were added to the game such as the Diamondback Rifle. This unique looking exotic has a very specific location and way to acquire, as players will need tocomplete 3 Kenley College expeditionsat the Metro Station, Library, and Student Union. Thankfully, the content was just added back into the game, giving players another chance to unlock the weapon who may have missed it the first time around.

The Division 2is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version also in development.
