The art book from the upcomingThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the KingdomCollector’s Edition has leaked online. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomisn’t scheduled to release for another several months, but fans of the franchise are anxious for as much information about the game as they can find. Nintendo has been surprisingly withholding, however, keeping the game’s many secrets for players to discover at launch. This latest leak offers the most concrete look at what’s to come inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomyet.

The art book in question is not a standalone product. As part of theNintendo Direct released in early February, Nintendo also announced a Collector’s Edition forThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The bundle retails for $129.99 and includes items like a Steelbook, a poster, a pin set, and the aforementioned art book. The Collector’s Edition is supposed to launch the same day as the standard edition ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, so this is a significant leak of an unreleased product.

Photographs of the individual pages ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s art book have been shared online. It’s unclear where the book came from, butfans ofThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildor theZeldafranchise as a whole will be pleased to hear that the contents of the art book don’t include any specific details regarding the game’s story, open world, gameplay, or mechanics. While all the art book’s images are undeniably spoiler content, there’s little significant enough to forceZeldafans to hide for the next three months.

What’s included inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomart bookis lots of unlabeled concept art. Avoiding all non-general spoilers, the art focuses onThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s environments, enemies, NPCs, weapons, and armor. Much of this has already been shown in early trailers from Nintendo, but there’s plenty that’s new, too.

A focus for dedicatedThe Legend of Zeldafans who aren’t worried about spoilers will be the finer details of what’s shared in the art book. While the art book itself may not feature any major revelations, it’s possible that fans could treat it like a puzzle book to speculate out larger elements ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It’s not impossible that one fan or another could figure out the entire plot of the game ahead of release.

What seems likely is that Nintendo knew the art shared inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s art book wouldn’t be “secure.” Even if it didn’t leak, retailers would have access to the art book beforeThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomhit store shelves. As such, what content is included in the book almost certainly intentionally avoids revealing any major spoilers. It’s still full of exciting information and beautiful art, though, so Collector’s Edition buyers will likely be happy with what Nintendo has put together.
