One Piecefans received huge news in the recent chapters. After a long wait, Luffy vs Kaido finally came to an end, and this time Luffy managed to emerge victorious. Previously, Kaido had managed to win via a distraction caused by a member of the CP0. Due to Luffy being distracted, Kaido managed to land a devastating blow on Luffy, which put him on death’s door, however, this ended up benefiting the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates as he was finally able to awaken his devil fruit.
It was also revealed that Luffy’s Gomu Gomu no Mi was a fake name given to it by the World Government to conceal the fact that it was among the strongest devil fruits in the world. Luffy’s devil fruit is actually named Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, which is a mythical zoan type devil fruit. The World Government wanted to get their hands on the devil fruit for ages, but it has always eluded their grasp. Byawakening the devil fruit, Luffywas finally able to take Kaido and end his reign of terror in Wano. With Kaido defeated, there are manyOne Piececharacters who would want to make a move and one of them could be another Yonko- Marshall D. Teach.

Blackbeard’s Story So Far
Blackbeard is a calculating individual, who has managed to rise to the very top due to his ability to plan things. He joined the Whitebeard Pirates many years ago, and he carefully managed to stay out of the spotlight in order to not attract any unwanted attention. He bided his time and when the moment was right, Blackbeard killed Thatch and got his hands on the Yami Yami no Mi. After stealing the devil fruit, Teach started his own pirate crew. Then he captured Ace and handed him over to the World Government in exchange forthe position of a Shichibukai.

After becoming a Shichibukai, Blackbeard waited for Ace’s execution day and then raided Impel Down. During this raid, Blackbeard freed the most notorious criminals in Impel Down and made them fight each other. Then he asked the winners of the fights to join his crew. Blackbeard did not stop here. Once Ace had been killed, he appeared at Marineford and killed Whitebeard. After killing Whitebeard, Teach stole his devil fruit, which made him the first known person to have more than a single devil fruit. Blackbeard tested his power and destroyed a part of Marineford before finally leaving. After the Summit War, Blackbeard and his crew fought against the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates, andthe Blackbeard Piratesmanaged to defeat them without any problems. This war essentially confirmed Blackbeard’s status as a Yonko.
Blackbeard And Moria
Blackbeard met Moria at Hachinosu, which is the same island where the Rocks Pirates were formed. Blackbeard occupying the island adds more fuel to the speculation of him being related to Rocks D. Xebec somehow. Another thing that adds credential to this theory is that Blackbeard’s ship is called Saber of Xebec. All these things point to at least some kind of connection between the legendary pirate Xebec and Blackbeard. In Kaido’s flashback, it seemed that Big Mom called him a big rat, so maybe it is possible that Kaido ran away from their fight at god Valley aftertaking the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu.

If Blackbeard is related to Xebec then he would hold a grudge against someone like Kaido. If it turns out to be untrue, there are other reasons why Blackbeard would want to go to Wano. The prime reason would be to get his hands on the powerful devil fruits. Both Kaido and Big Mom have been defeated, and it is unknown whether they have died or not, however, this would be the perfect time for Blackbeard to arrive in Wano. Coming back to Blackbeard trying to recruit Moria, it has been mentioned several times that Moria fought against Kaido in the past. The two of them went toe-to-toe but Kaido managed to slaughter Moria’s entire crew, which forced the latter to make a crew of zombies. There is no doubt that Moria has a grudge against Kaido, so if Blackbeard offered him a shot at revenge, there’s a small chance that Moria would reject it.
So, if Blackbeard and Moria come to Wano, they could potentially steal the bodies of two former Yonko. During the Thriller Bark arc, Moria utilized his devil fruit power to steal Luffy’s shadow and then used it on Oars' corpse. Moria could use the principle to create two more minions for himself. While the shadows do not retain the devil fruit properties, Moria can manipulate the shadow in such a way that it can mimic the mannerism albeit just a tiny bit. Furthermore, it is known that Blackbeard and his crew areafter rare devil fruitsand if they come to Wano, they can find plenty of powerful devil fruits. So, there is a very high chance that Blackbeard will appear in Wano for one reason or another.
