If players take Punchio’s deal, he offers one of seven pieces of wisdom. Most of these lines indirectly call the player a sucker for wasting their gold, though one line contains ahilarious reference toOne Punch Man.

For players interested in seeing his sage advice without emptying their coin purses, Punchio’s lines are transcribed below:

Players got a good laugh out of Punchio’s so-called “sage advice.” While obviously a blatant scam, manyWorld of Warcraftplayers will undoubtedly fall victim to Punchio’s racket. Luckily, 100 gold is only a small dent in the wallets oftreasure-huntingWorld of Warcraftplayers, so it is ultimately a mostly-harmless joke. Most players agree Punchio the Goblin Monk is a hilarious example of the new race class combo.

These new NPCs are an easy way forWorld of Warcraftto add little highlights to Azeroth. In Patch 10.0.5,World of Warcraftalso added new NPCs for Tauren and Draenei Rogues, Mages, and Priests, now that theirclass combinations were made available inDragonflight. In addition to the new class NPCs coming in 10.0.7, these new characters are a great way to include new lore intoWorld of Warcraft.

Punchio is just one of the many things coming toWorld of Warcraftin the near future. Patch 10.0.7 brings players back to the Forbidden Reach zone fromDragonflight. All players will be able to explore the Dracthyr starting zone in a new chapter that picks up where the Vault of the Incarnates raid left off. Players can expect to seehints for the new subterraneanDragonflightPatch 10.1 zone, as well as a new Heritage Armor Quest for Orcs and Humans, once Patch 10.0.7 goes live in the next couple of months.
