While datamining the game’s files, Rogue TX has discovered a veritable treasure trove of information, including potential new weapons like the FAMAS, sawed-off shotgun, Tommy Gun, and more. There have also been found assets of characters based on the racing gameThe Crewas well as theRabbidsfranchise. It’s unknown how the cartoon creatures will be integrated into a realistic-looking shooter game likeXDefiant.

Rumored and Leaked Factions Coming to XDefiant

In addition to new factions like The Highwaymen and Assassins,XDefiantis set to get new game modes, some of which have been confirmed by Mark Rubin. A Search and Destroy style mode called 1-Life Bomb is being worked on, though Rogue TX has found hints in the game files of even more on the way. According to data files, traditional multiplayer modes like Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag are being planned for the future, while Infection could also appear in an update down the road. Currently, players have a variety of objective-based modes to play through, so a classic TDM activity could be a welcome addition.

While players should take all of this with a grain of salt, Ubisoft may have accidentally lent some truth to them as the company has issued DMCA strikes to remove some of the images and details from social media. Either way, it’s highly likely that fans won’t have to wait too much longer for news asUbisoft Forward makes its 2024 on June 10.
